Rich and buttery oak-aged Chardonnay
Domaine Saint Hilaire was one of the first local vineyards to plant the Chardonnay grape variety which develops exotic fruit flavours under the warm Languedoc sunshine. Oak aged for c. 6 months this wine is ready to drink now but will continue to improve for several years in bottle. The Advocate Chardonnay is our most popular white wine.
Vibrant aromas of exotic fruit and 6 months of oak-ageing make our rich and buttery Advocate Chardonnay delicious on its own or alongside light meat and fish dishes.
