Unoaked fruity syrah with hints of garrigue spices and a chocolate-coffee finish. Great with white meats and spicy dishes, soft enough to drink on its own.
Beautiful deep color. The nose gives subtle notes of red fruits with the typically leathery nose of the domaine’s syrah.

Mechanical harvesting at night. Traditional vinification under control of temperature (24 – 27°C). Racking and pumping over with micro-oxygenation with an 18-20 day vatting period. Malolactic fermentation in tank.
