Exotic dry white with voluptuous, intense fruit
Our award winning Viognier is harvested at night and fermented at a low temperature to maximise freshness and fruit flavours of this fabulous southern French grape variety. A single cepage Viognier with flamboyant peach and floral aromatics, this dry white makes an intensely flavoured aperitif, or the perfect accompaniment to spicy foods, strong sauces and asian cuisine.
Deliciously crisp with an elegant bouquet of apricot blossom with a refreshing burst of exotic fruit flavours on the palate. Perfect on its own or alongside lighter dishes and asian food.
